Baan Mahasajahn (it's Thai for Marvellous Mansion) is alone by a long stretch of sandy beach that is a part of Sirinat Marine National Park. The beach is known to be visited by nesting turtles.
But it's also just 10 mins north of the Phuket International Airport with its community of local shops and restaurants, and 10 mins south of The Marriott Hotel with it's delicious delicatessen and fine restaurants. Sala Resort and Spa, just past The Marriott, has a great restaurant and chill-out bar by the beach. Mission Hills Golf and Country Club is also just 10 mins away.
A rent a car would be handy if staying at The Black Pearl for more than a few days. We can recommend a very friendly, convenient, English speaking car rental: Phuket One. Otherwise we can arrange for airport transfers.
